Our reverse transcription products are built around proprietary igScript™ Reverse Transcriptase, a recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity. Active at temperatures up to 55°C, igScript™ RT efficiently generates full-length cDNA from long RNA templates and can support applications using as little as 50 pg of total RNA.
