Description

In oligonucleotide applications, there is often a need to introduce blocking groups on the 3’-end and sometimes at the 5’-end as well. These blocking groups can provide exonuclease protection or prevent polymerase extension. One such blocking group is an inverted dSpacer, which can be incorporated with dSpacer-5’-CE Phosphoramidite during standard 3’ to 5’ syntheses.

Formula:C35H45N2O6P
M.W.:620.73
F.W.:180.10
CAS Number: 401813-16-9

Summary: Introducing another option for inverted dSpacer modification and blocking group for 5’ and 3’-end modification

Advantages: Significantly enhances nuclease stability
