DNA & RNA Sequencing : Sequencing Utilities

The products in this section demonstrate a number of rapid and reliable methods useful in DNA and RNA sequencing. The New ScriptSeq™ mRNA and Nextera™ DNA library preparation kits have been optimised to achieve high quality and consistent results whilst reducing hands on time, and minimising starting material. Other products include areas for cleanup of molecular labeling reactions from nucleic acids, proteins or carbohydrates, 96 well plates for dye terminator removal from DNA sequencing reactions. The Big BAC and Mini BAC kits for probe preparation in gene mapping, molecular cytometry and cell imaging are included in this section as are the Fluoro-Spin products for the generation and purification of fluorescent probes for proteomics and drug discovery.
