The PCR products in this section provide dependable, consistent high-fidelity PCR results for every DNA template, regardless of its source or sequence. Here you will find products suitable for both TA and blunt-end cloning. Fragments of up to 20kb can be amplified using the FailSafe PCR system whilst larger fragments of up to 40kb can be amplified using MasterAmp. Rapid, quantitative (real-time) PCR can be used for gene expression analysis and high through-put procedures.
