microSTOP~Red

microSTOP is a convenient 'ready to use' denaturing loading buffer for use with polyacrylamide gels and automated DNA sequences. microSTOP contains the highest quality formamide. Unlike loading buffers, microSTOP is very stable and can withstand many freeze/thaw cycles without effect. Even the most difficult DNA templates are efficiently denatured, enhancing sequence and genotyping data. microSTOP is supplied with/without loading dye.

microSTOP~RED

contains Basic Red. This dye migrates in the opposite direction to the DNA sample, avoiding aberrations.

microSTOP~BLUE

contains Dextran Blue. This dye remains in the gel wells.

It's presence in the well can be useful when loading alternate wells.

microSTOP™ is supplied in 1ml aliquotes. Store at -20°C or 4°C for long periods.
