microLYSIS®-PLUS is a new modified microLYSIS® designed to lyse with tough tissues such as plant and some animal tissues.

The protocol is the same as for microLYSIS® except for a longer incubation step at 65°C. For very tough tissue this step may need to be longer and can even be used as an overnight incubation if required and/or is convenient.
