Genomic DNA isolation from Microbial cell pellets
Cell pellets are lysed by a unique bead beating requiring only a vortex (adapter for 12 tubes is available). The lysate is centrifuged through a spin filter. DNA binds to the filter which is washed. Finally the DNA is released into buffer.

B. subtilis; B. pumulis; S. aureus; L. casei; E. coli; E. faecalis; A. niger; C. albicans; M. luteus; P.aerogenosa; Saccharomyces spp

Spin filter method - throughput 1 to 24 samples.
