Use these kits to isolate endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from cultures of recombinant E.coli. Endotoxin levels are <0.1EU/µg of supercoiled plasmid DNA. Endotoxins are selectively precipitated in a special buffer.
Equipment required:
Centrifuge capable of spinning correct size spin filters. Swinging bucket rotor recommended for large scale preps.
