Sonicated Human Genomic DNA
This product has been purified from human placental by phenol extraction. Quality control (by electrophoresis) indicated the absence of protein and RNA. It is suitable for eliminating background when performing Southern and other types of hybridisation, genomic analysis, and library construction. Size range shows a medium 300-500bps. Supplied at 10mg/ml.
Proteinase K
Proteinase K is useful for general digestion of protein in biological samples. Its applications include preparation of chromosomal DNA for pulsed field gel electrophoresis of protein fingerprinting and removal of nucleases from preparations of DNA and RNA.
Ribonuclease A (RNase A)
RNase A is isolated from Bovine Pancreas and is commonly used to degrade RNA and DNA preparations.
