OmniTaq™ DNA Polymerase Enzyme 2X Master Mix is a thermostable enzyme formulation that overcomes PCR inhibitors where other enzymes fail. It is concentrated and is a highly specific and sensitive enzyme. It is robust which ensures more sensitive and reliable detection or quantization of the target input. The enzyme is a novel, genetically engineered version of Taq with very high resistance to PCR inhibitors such as heme in blood and humic acid in soil. The enzyme comes as a ready-to-use 2X master mix containing inhibitor resistant OmniTaq™ DNA Polymerase Enzyme, optimal reaction buffer, dNTPs and magnesium chloride.
