The search for PCR hprimers is the easiest and most complete search available. All search-selected primers are listed and compiled in a table along with position number, optimal annealing temperature, PCR product size, and GC content of the PCR product.

Nested Primer Selection

By using OLIGO's unique nested primer selection feature, all cross-compatible primers can be found.

Inverse PCR

The inverse PCR primer selection feature selects and sorts primer pairs and calculates inverse PCR conditions.

5'-GC Clamp and 3' Stability Window

To complement the moderate or low 3' stability necessary for specificity, a 5'-GC Clamp filter assures that all selected oligos have the desired highly stable 5' end. Screening out the stable and unstable 3' ends is possible by using the newly introduced 'stability window'.
