MegaMix~Royal

Used for multiplex or 'difficult' PCR's, MegaMix~Royal is a double concentrated Hot-Start Taq mix with optimised mixture of Taq polymerase, anti-Taq polymerase monoclonal antibodies in a buffer containing dNTPs MgCl₂ blue agarose gel loading dye and stabiliser.
The mix only becomes active when the temperature has reached 90°C and the primers will not bind with themselves to make the primer-dimer or form an unspecific bond to incorrect DNA sequence as the temperature ramps upwards. This makes the PCR highly specific and effient since unwanted products are not made.
