MegaMix~Blue

MegaMix~Blue is a version of MegaMix incorporating a blue agarose gel loading dye. To perform PCR, simply aliquot the desired volume of MegaMix~Blue, add DNA template and primers. Following PCR the products can be loaded directly onto an agarose gel without the need for addition of any gel loading buffer, saving valuable lab time and give faster electrophoresis results.

MegaMix~Blue allows easy visualisationand facilitates accurate small volume pipetting thereby avoiding reagent handling errors and ensuring thorough mixing of reagents.
The blue dye incorporated into the MegaMix~Blue does not interfere with the further analysis of PCR products. The dye does not inhibit restriction enzymes or ligases and does not fluoresce. It is invisible to automated DNA sequencers.

MegaMix~Blue has all the advantages of the standard MegaMix~Blue with increased convenience.
