The Fast-Link™ DNA Ligation and Screening Kits combine the rapid DNA ligations of cohesive-end, blunt-end and PCR product DNA of the popular Fast-Link™ DNA Ligation Kits with the rapid and sensitive screening of clones afforded by the Colony Fast-Screen™ Kit. The Fast-Link™ DNA Ligation and Screening Kits reduce the time required for DNA ligation, transformation and screening of recombinant plasmids to 24 hours or less. Thus, the kits are ideal for both routine and high throughput DNA applications.
