Epicentre®'s new EpiGrids™ Colony Grid Templates are ideal for rapid organization of colonies from initial screening plates from genomic library construction projects, transposome-mediated mutation experiments, or any other procedure that requires organization of clones for further study. EpiGrids™ are made of flexible clear plastic with a strip of pressure-sensitive adhesive to permit sticking the grids to standard 10cm petri plates, ensure correct alignment of the colonies on subsequent secondary plates.

Applications

• Organization and screening of transformants, transposon insertion clones or other mutant colonies or any colonies on media in 10-cm plastic plates
• Preparation of master plates for replica plating
