Centri-Sep™ 96

The Centri.Sep™ 96 kit has been specially designed for effective and reliable high throughput removal of excess DyeDeoxy and BigDye terminators from completed DNA sequencing reactions. Clean reads are obtained with uniform signal intensity starting with the 1st base from all 96 wells. All 96 samples can be prepared simultaneously, either manually or by robotics, within 15 minutes. Alternatively, unused wells may be resealed with ThermanSeal (included) for storage and later use. The Centri.Sep 96 contains a hydrated matrix which should be stored between 4 and 8°C.

Other materials/equipment required

Centrifuge with microplate rotor and carriers capable of holding 1 deep well wash plate (provided) and 1 standard plate in stacked conformation.
Centrifuge and rotor combination must be capable of producing at least 1500 x g
Multi-channel pipettor and tips for sample application
