AmpliCap™ T7 & SP6 High Yield Message Maker Kits are optimised to produce the highest yield of RNA having a m7G[5']ppp[5']G methylated cap analogue on the 5'-end. Capping efficiencies approach 80% for all three kits.

Notes

1. Use the AmpliScribe T7 & SP6 High Yield Transcription Kits to produce highest yields of uncapped RNA.
2. Because of the very high concentration of NTPs used in AmpliCap™ reactions, these kits are not recommended for preparing high specific activity radiolabeled RNA. To generate high specific activity RNA probes, use the RiboScribe™ RNA Probe Synthesis Kits.

Applications

• Produce 5'-capped RNA for in vitro translation and microinjection
• Generate 5'-capped RNA from genes or cDNA cloned downstream of a phage promoter
• Functional studies of heterogenous nuclear RNAs and viral RNAs

• RNase inhibitor is included in the Enzyme Solution to ensure the integrity of the RNA product

The RiboScribe™ kits are a convenient, reliable, and cost-effective means of generating radioactively-labelled RNA transcripts in vitro. The kits include all of the reagents necessary (except radiolabel) to prepare high specific activity probes or small quantities of unlabelled RNA.

The RiboScribe™ Kits are recommended for synthesis of radioactive RNA probes or small amounts of unlabelled RNA. For synthesis of large amounts of non-radio labelled RNA, use the AmpliScribe™ High Yield Transcription Kits.
