Chromatography Media
Gel Filtration: Agarose beads are used for column separations marcomolecules, primarily proteins. Plain beads are suitable for low pressure separation and crosslinked beads, which autoclavable, are suitable for lighter pressure separations. Beads of different agarose strengths allow for more specificity on size of molecules undergoing separation.

Resins for Purification procedures
Chelate Agarose Beads: Different types of Chelgate Agarose Beads can be used to increase the specificity of separations by their ability to bind proteins carry a histidine-tag. These are available with Ni,Cu, Zn or Co charged.
Products are designed to give 'One step Purification' with higher binding capacity and selectivity.
Resins for Affinity coupling and immobilization procedures
Cambio offer two types of resin which are capable of stable binding with agarose. The high binding stability of these products gives better products than those prepared with cynogen Bromide.
Glyoxal Agarose Beads - bind proteins through Lysine
Aminoethyl Agarose Beads - bind proteins through acidic amino acids
Cambio Beads are preactivated and stable for many months if kept at +4°C
