Description
The FluoroBand Fluorescent Protein Marker(Mono Red) is a ready-to-use fluorescent protein standard with 11 pre-stained proteins covering a range of molecular weights from 11 to 160 kDa (in a Tris Gylcine Buffer), compatible with general SDS-PAGE and 2D gel analysis. All proteins in this product are bound with fluorescent substances which keep interaction with proteins during SDS-PAGE analysis, and illuminate a red color when excited with blue light (around 470 nm) or UV light. Two bands (75 kDa and 34 kDa) are enhanced for easy reference.
