Mobility Match Dy632 35-500 contains single strands of DNA with a single fluorophore. The bands are 35, 50, 75, 100, 139, 150, 160, 200, 250, 300, 340, 350, 400, 450, 490 and 500 base pairs.
It is compatible with the 5th dye channel (orange) on the ABI Genetic Analyzers.
