The SuperTaq DNA Polymerase has been tested for purity and PCR functionality. Supplied with 10X PCR buffer and optimisation suggestions. High concentration SuperTaq is also available specially for RAPDS and other difficult PCR.
10X PCR Buffer
100mM Tris-HCl (pH 9.0), 15mM MgCl2, 500mM KCl, 1% Triton®X-100, 0.1% (w/v) stabiliser. This can be supplied without Mg on request.
